Questions

Before you buy.

The questions we get every day, answered in one place.

Got another one? Message us on WhatsApp or reach us through the contact page.

Is it really coconut water?

Yes. Our technology removes the H₂O from coconut water through controlled evaporation, keeping the nutrients and properties of green coconut. When it's time to drink, just add mineral water and it turns back into coconut water.

How do I make it?

IDCoco first: open the sachet and pour it into a glass or bottle. Then top up with up to 500 ml of mineral water, shake and drink. It's best ice cold. If you like it sweeter, use less water.

Can I drink the concentrate straight?

No. It's made to be diluted. The label says to drink it only diluted in drinking water.

Does it need refrigeration?

Not until you open it. The sealed sachet keeps at room temperature for up to 12 months, in a dry place away from heat. Once diluted, drink it right away.

Does it have added sugar?

No. IDCoco has no added sugar and no sweeteners.

How much is shipping and when will it arrive?

Free shipping on 30 sachets or more. Below that, shipping is quoted by Mandaê: enter your ZIP code (CEP) to see the price and delivery time before you check out.

Do you ship outside Brazil?

We ship to many countries. Get in touch and ask for a quote: we'll check shipping and taxes for your destination. The sachet doesn't need refrigeration, which makes shipping simple and easy.

Real coconut water

Coconut water that fits your routine.

One sachet in your desk drawer, another in your gym bag, the case in the kitchen. Open, mix and get on with your day.

Born in Bahia

Taking coconut a lot further.

The coconut is harvested and concentrated in Bahia. It leaves the factory without the H₂O (water), which is the heavy part. And the husk becomes briquettes, not trash.

  • 12times

lighter than ready-to-drink coconut water and 100 times lighter than the whole fruit.

  • 110trucks

of coconuts off the roads for every 24 tons of sachets, by the factory's math.

  • 100%

of the husk becomes coconut fiber briquettes. In a landfill, it would take 12 to 20 years to break down.
